Police sources said the 28-year-old victim was at first involved in a scuffle with another woman before an altercation with Lohan, 26.
This morning, Lohan left a Manhattan police station - emerging with a jacket over her head - while her alleged victim, an attractive blonde woman, was seen leaving a police station with visible bruising on her face.
