The search for Miss Uganda ended and the winner was a 19-year old from Lira. Phiona Bizzu she beat the 21 other contestants to take over the crown from the outgoing Miss Uganda Sylvia Namutebi.
The judges who included 'Mrs Uganda' Crystal Newman Kavulu, Judith Owembabazi and Cedric Babu among others ended up with Phiona Bizzu as the Miss Uganda 2012 and with the title, she gets a car, a land
