Uganda Property Holdings Ltd (UPHL) was mandated in 1998 by the Uganda Government to take over ownership and management of all domestic and foreign located real estate properties that belong to the Government. As of June 2009, UPHL owned about 30 properties, which are located in Uganda, Kenya and Britain
.
The properties include:
1. Six Coffee Marketing Board (CMB) Residential Houses in Mombasa, Kenya.
2. One Lint Marketing Board (LMB) Residential House in Kenya.
3. Two Transocean Uganda Limited (TUL) Stores in Mombasa.
4. Seven Warehouses of CMB.
5. Five Warehouses of LMB in Mombasa
6. Farmers House
7. Kololo Airstrip in Kampala.
8. Produce Marketing Board (PMB) Warehouses in Kampala, nalukolongo and Tororo.
9. Four CMB Residential Houses in London.
10. CMB Bugolobi Complex (which was used by the AGOA undertaking).
11. One office block on Moi Avenue in Mombasa formerly of CMB.
